Blessed Caring Partnership Ltd, known as Blessed CP, is a CQC-registered, nurse-led homecare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes across Cheshire.

Founded by Harriet Tombs, who brings 19 years of experience in the care sector, Blessed CP was established with a clear vision: to provide compassionate, reliable and professional care that enables people to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

We understand that every individual is unique. That is why we take the time to understand each person's needs, preferences, routines and wishes, creating personalised care plans that promote choice, independence and wellbeing.

Our services support adults over and under 65, including people living with dementia, physical disabilities, complex care needs and those requiring additional support to remain safely at home.

At Blessed CP, we pride ourselves on providing continuity of care, dependable call times and a dedicated team of trained care professionals. Our approach is supported by clinical leadership, professional oversight and a **24-hour on-call service**, giving clients and their families reassurance that support is available when it matters most.
