About Us
Care First 24 Ltd displays exceptional commitment across all key categories of care that lead itself to being considered an excellent provider that delivers outstanding person-centred care. The team created by Lynn James-Wellings, as Managing Director and Registered Manager over the last 3 years consistently treats individuals with utmost dignity, creating an environment where care is personalised and compassionate.
We are a CQC-approved provider of nursing apprenticeships, with a nurse-led provision team that specialises in complex care, rapid response, and PHB care services. In the 3 years since the incorporation of the Care First 24 brand, the team has grown from a team of 4 to a 30-strong office team, a care professional team of 200+ carers, 120 nurses and 80 support workers. There has been a focus on recruit, retain and train, and this is exemplified in our current retention rate exceeding 90%
With a focus on personal development and recruiting the right staff the first time, so they fit the vision and values of Care First, all staff are dedicated to enhancing the lives of those they care for. This is evident through our exemplary service delivery. By listening to the needs of those we serve, we tailor our caregiving approach, resulting in improved well-being and satisfaction.
We also understand we need to be innovative in our delivery; our willingness to explore novel methodologies and adapt our practices has led to improved outcomes and experiences for care recipients.
By aligning our services with organisational core values, we consistently provide holistic care that is compassionate, respectful, and dignified. Our commitment to upholding our values is reflected in every interaction, encouraging an atmosphere of trust and reliability.
Our dedication to dignity, innovation, community engagement, and continuous improvement results in an outstanding level of care that significantly enriches the lives of those we serve.
We offer a range of care solutions, from rapid response to complex care packages, delivered by our fully trained nursing and healthcare professionals.
