Environment
Magnolia Lodge has ground floor and first floor bedrooms, with level access throughout the ground floor and a lift to the upper level. We currently have two first floor bedrooms (both with en-suite bathrooms) and one large ground floor bedroom available.
The ground floor includes accessible bathrooms and direct access to the garden. Shared spaces also include a lounge and kitchen. The service is close to local amenities and well connected by public transport.

Support
We provide 24-hour support, including waking night staff. Support covers all areas of daily living—including personal care, medication, and meal preparation. Meals are cooked fresh on-site, with support for cultural and dietary needs.
Support is tailored to each person’s needs and communication style. Families are involved where appropriate, and consistency of staff helps build strong, positive relationships.

Health and Wellbeing
We work closely with external professionals, including speech and language therapists, physiotherapists, and the community learning disability team. Individuals are supported to attend all routine and specialist health appointments. Maintaining health and wellbeing is a key focus.

Activities
People take part in a range of activities at home and in the community. In-house activities include music sessions, bingo, bowling, gardening, barbecues, and cultural evenings.
People also go out to local shops, cafés, parks, swimming, and day services. A service vehicle is available to support community access and activities based on individual interests.
