About Us
Pilea Homecare is a nurse-led provider of domiciliary and complex care, supporting people to live safely, comfortably and as independently as possible in their own homes. We believe that good care starts with understanding the person ,their wishes, routines, values and the things that matter most to them.
Founded and led by a Registered Nurse, our service combines clinical knowledge with a compassionate, personal approach. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide Personal Care and Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI), enabling us to support people with everyday care needs as well as more complex health conditions.
Our services include personal care, medication support, companionship, live-in care, respite care, day and night support, and end-of-life care. We also provide tailored support for people living with neurological conditions, spinal cord and brain injuries, and those requiring specialist care such as PEG feeding and respiratory support.
Our carers are supported by nursing and management oversight, with training and competency assessments relevant to the care they deliver. We work closely with individuals, their families and health and social care professionals to develop personalised care plans and respond to changing needs. Through regular reviews, communication and quality monitoring, we strive to deliver safe, consistent and responsive care.
At Pilea Homecare, integrity, honesty, dignity and respect guide our work. We value the trust people place in us and are committed to listening, learning and continually improving our service.
Our ambition is to continue serving our communities with high-quality care while developing a sustainable service and strengthening partnerships with local authorities, NHS teams and Integrated Care Boards. Above all, we want every person we support to feel heard, valued and confident in the care they receive.
