About Us

Bridgeway Care Home is a specialist care setting dedicated to supporting young adults aged 18–65 with complex needs, including Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism Spectrum Conditions, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), bariatric needs, degenerative conditions and behaviours that may challenge. We provide both residential and nursing placements, with care tailored to meet the unique needs and aspirations of every individual in our service.

Specialist Care and Expert Clinical Leadership

Bridgeway is distinguished by its highly skilled clinical team and robust nursing provision. Our full-time nursing team is headed by an experienced Clinical Lead, ensuring best-practice clinical oversight and a proactive approach to health and wellbeing. Importantly, we maintain a well-staffed care team without reliance on agency staff, ensuring continuity of care and consistency in relationships between staff and residents.
