He served as Deputy Manager at Eastfield for two years, took a short break, and rejoined us in February as Team Leader. With a wealth of training under his belt—including NVQ Level 5 and Train the Trainer in Moving and Handling—Adam is passionate about sharing his knowledge and helping his colleagues achieve excellence. His personal motto, “Start each day with a smile,” reflects his positive approach and dedication to creating a supportive, learning-focused environment for both staff and residents.
