About Us
At Senior Moments Care, we strive to enrich the lives of adults who have dementia, the ones who are at risk of social isolation or anyone who simply wants to live a full life. Our daytime support Hub offers a warm, welcoming space where fun and companionship come together. Creating Emotion focused meaningful moments is at the centre of everything we do, whether through exciting activities, music, or just enjoying a cup of tea with friends.
Besides our Hub, we also have Wellbeing at Home services which are flexible, personalised and fit your needs. You can combine the best features of day care and home care. Thanks to the small and focused teams of carers, who adapt your lifestyle. All of our services are available throughout Kirkham, Great Eccleston, Lytham, and St. Annes, ensuring you receive the support you need, wherever you are.
we can also help you make memories with our ABTA bonded travel service providing support on holiday
