About Us
Lakeview Lodge has recently been redesigned as a home providing skilled Dementia care offering person-centred care for people with the condition. The home is based close to Fairhaven Lake, with its wildfowl habitat, boating, bowling green and lawn tennis courts.
The home is ideally located for the village of Ansdell and is a short stroll to the local shops, cafes and railway station.
Lakeview Lodge benefits from a team of caring staff, trained to a professional standard and providing a high standard of care.
Lakeview Lodge has purpose considered décor, textures, music and lighting and the home provides daily meaningful activities for its residents.
In September 2018, we opened it’s sensory garden where purpose built designed features includes a colourful circular path, sights and smells which evoke memories of the past, skilled lighting, textures, colours and music to enhance the sensory experience. Bus stops and benches will encourage reminiscence and outdoor activities are aimed to improve the quality of life for our residents.
