About Us
Service Description
KJD Care Limited is a domiciliary care provider delivering person-centred, community-based support to individuals within their own homes across London. The service specialises in supporting people with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and behaviours that may be described as challenging.
KJD Care adopts a structured and proactive approach, recognising that behaviour is a form of communication. Support is delivered through consistent routines, clear boundaries, and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles, with a strong focus on understanding triggers, early intervention, and respectful de-escalation.
Care packages are fully tailored to each individual, reflecting their personal history, preferences, and goals. The service works collaboratively with families, social workers, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure support is consistent, safe, and outcome-focused.
All staff are trained in behaviour management, trauma-informed care, safeguarding, autism awareness, and risk management, ensuring they are equipped to support individuals with higher levels of need.
KJD Care Limited’s core aim is to enable individuals to live with dignity, independence, and stability, while reducing risk and improving overall quality of life.
