Franchesca Care Ltd is a dedicated domiciliary care provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the community. We support adults aged 18 and over, including older people, individuals with physical disabilities, mental health needs, dementia, and complex care requirements.

Our approach is centred around dignity, respect, independence, and choice. We work closely with service users, families, and professionals to develop tailored care plans that meet individual needs and preferences.

We provide a wide range of services including personal care, medication support, companionship, respite care, overnight care, and live-in care. Our team is trained to deliver safe, compassionate, and reliable care, ensuring the wellbeing and comfort of those we support at all times.

At Franchesca Care Ltd, we pride ourselves on flexibility and responsiveness. We are able to accommodate short-notice packages, hospital discharges, and urgent care needs where required.

Our staff are carefully selected, DBS-checked, and receive ongoing training in areas such as infection prevention and control, safeguarding, moving and handling, and medication administration.

We are committed to maintaining high standards of care and continuously improving our services in line with CQC regulations and best practice.

We aim to make a positive difference in the lives of our service users by promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and providing care with compassion and professionalism.
