About Us
About us
We started Lifecome Care with a simple belief: nobody should have to leave the home they love to get the care they need. Fifteen years on, our carers help people across London wake up in their own beds, keep their own routines and stay part of their own neighbourhoods, whether that takes a morning visit, a live-in carer or nurse-led support for complex conditions. What makes us different is how much we invest in the match between carer and client. We take time to pair personalities, not just postcodes, and we keep the same familiar faces visiting for as long as we possibly can. Families tell us this consistency is what turns good care into trusted care. ISO 9001 Our team reflects the communities we serve, with carers of many backgrounds, faiths and languages. Every one of them is enhanced DBS checked, fully trained before their first visit, and backed by an on-call team around the clock.
Care we provide
Home care
Personal care, medication, meals, companionship and respite, from short daily visits to full days, arranged around your routine.
Live-in care
A carefully matched carer living alongside you, day and night. A genuine alternative to a care home, where couples stay together and pets stay put.
Complex care
Nurse-led care at home, including tracheostomy, ventilator, PEG feeding and seizure management, planned with your NHS team.
Children & young adults
Support for autism, learning disabilities and complex needs, helping young people grow in confidence and independence.
Dementia care
Specialist-trained carers who work with familiar routines and surroundings, keeping days calm and recognisable.
Palliative care
Comfort-focused care through serious illness and end of life, delivered with tenderness and respect for the whole family.
Why Families Choose Us?
Carers matched, not assigned: Personality, interests and language all count, and you have a say in the choice.
Care can begin quickly: A free home assessment first, then care often starts within 24 to 48 hours.
Punctuality families can set their clock by: Reliable visits, clear communication and no surprises.
Clinical depth when you need it: Nurse-led teams mean needs can grow without changing provider.
What families say
"For over eleven months the carers have looked after my father, with no hospital admissions and outstanding hygiene standards. I could set my clock by them. I highly recommend this company." Daughter of a client
"I needed to be away for a weekend and Lifecome Care made that possible. I found them both caring and professional and was able to stay away without worrying."
