Rift Solutions Limited (trading as Caremark (Leeds)) is a registered home-care provider in the Leeds area, West Yorkshire.
We provide domiciliary care enabling customers to live at their own home in a space where they feel comfortable.
We are a regulated home-care provider delivering high-quality personal care and support to individuals in their own homes across Leeds and surrounding areas. The service supports older people, adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, dementia, mental health needs, and sensory impairments.
Caremark Leeds provides care plans designed to promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Services include assistance with personal care, medication support, meal preparation, mobility support, companionship, and help with daily living activities. Care is delivered by trained and compassionate care staff, with a focus on safety, respect, and person-centred support.
