Beaumont Court is a distinguished Victorian vicarage that blends historic charm with modern comfort. Located in the tranquil village of North Petherwin, just a short walk from the church, the home offers a serene setting five miles from the historic town of Launceston and within easy reach of Bude on Cornwall’s stunning North Coast.
With elegant accommodation and a warm atmosphere, Beaumont Court features two additional units, thoughtfully decorated to create a calm, welcoming environment. Residents enjoy spacious lounge areas and personalised bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy. Ground floor rooms open onto patios overlooking the four acre garden, where residents can experience seasonal beauty and local wildlife.
The residents live in small household groups with high staff to resident ratios, fostering a family like atmosphere rather than an institutional setting. Carers are companions as well as caregivers, taking time for meaningful conversations and activities. All staff receive specialist training to support individuals living with dementia.

• Willow Walk: Providing advanced dementia and end of life care with dignity and compassion.
These three houses are connected within one secure building, allowing residents to enjoy the grounds safely and freely.
Each household includes a mini kitchen for residents and staff to prepare drinks or light snacks, while the main kitchen serves freshly prepared, delicious meals - filling the home with the comforting aroma of home cooking.
