With a ‘Good’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we offer a trusted, personalised service tailored to the needs of adults aged 18 and over, including older people.
Our highly trained team of carers provides a comprehensive range of home care and support services, starting from just £30 an hour. Whether you require hourly visits, overnight care, or a round-the-clock live-in solution, we are here to assist. We specialise in supporting those with dementia, cancer, Parkinson’s, physical disabilities, heart conditions, complex health conditions, and provide sensitive and dignified palliative/end of life care. We are also experienced in caring for individuals with challenging behaviours or mental health needs.
At Medow Care Services Limited, we understand that everyone’s needs and preferences are unique. We offer culturally sensitive support, companionship, and help with personal care, daily living tasks, medication, meal preparation, and shopping. We can arrange escorted trips, sit-in services, and respite care for family carers, and can provide double-up (two-carer) visits when needed. Both male and female carers are available, and we are happy to accommodate pets and dietary requirements.
We accept private, local authority, and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding, with top-up options available. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care while promoting independence, dignity, and peace of mind for you and your family.
