Overview

Maple Tree Care Limited is a home on the outskirts of Dereham town centre, that supports adults with Learning disabilities. We offer family style living in a progressive environment that meets individuals needs, and encourages independence to promote a sense of wellbeing for all. The care and support is tailored to each individuals needs and choices.

We offer a full range of activities in the home and fully support access to the local community and beyond.
We have a secure garden area, which enables persons to use the garden independently, or with support if they choose.
Dereham town centre is within walking distance, and has all the amenities that would be expected of a Norfolk town. There are plenty of shops, Cafes, pubs and restaurant's. A small cinema, Leisure centre with pool, Bowling, Churches, Library and organised social events. There is a good regular bus service from Dereham, as well as vehicles to facilitate days out.

We have a dedicated regular staff team who go above and beyond for the individuals they support. We do not have a high turnover of staff, which provides excellent continuity of care, promoting progressive and trusting relationship between Carer and service user.

Our current CQC and PAMMS (NCC) rating is 'GOOD'
