Brook Lodge is located in the sea side town of Deal, which accommodates 55 residents - it is 'Good' rating by CQC. Care is provided for those ladies and gentlemen needing tender loving care. Brook Lodge also for patient with complex health may it be physical or mental health needs.
Brook Lodge (Lotus) is our newest purpose built care home in the sea side town of Deal in the garden of England (Kent). Boasting 28 spacious, comfortable, all en-suite rooms and all the modern conveniences that make life more comfortable and enjoyable. Our excellent trained care teams are on hand, 24/7 providing the best residential care and dementia care in Kent.
All of our 28 bedrooms have an en-suite wet room with wall mounted TVs with remote and profile beds to promote that extra bit of comfort. Lotus Unit offers its residents 3 large communal lounges, with dedicated areas for reading, arts and crafts, listening to music or watching movies. Each of the room is bright, spacious with contemporary décor. We have a quiet room for relaxation and contemplation. Lotus has a well-maintained outdoor area and greenhouse for those residents who enjoy some light gardening, or for those who enjoy basking in the sun.
Brook Lotus Unit has several outdoor seating area to enjoy time alone or with family and friends. Brook Lotus Unit also has a summer house which can be enjoyed in all weathers. The summer house is strategically placed so that it is far enough away for some private time with family but can also be observed from the main hub of the home.
Each floor is thematic to assist with orientation. Brook Lotus has a large passenger stretcher lift to all floors which is equipped with a code to operate. Each floor is spacious with wide corridors and several seating areas to enjoy throughout the day for a change of scenery.
Our 28-room sister unit to Lotus is Jasmine, an elegant, early-20th century building which offers a manor-house lifestyle. Including one companion room, we’re proud to offer the highest standards of residential care, rehab care and dementia care led by our deputy managers.
Brook Lodge-Jasmine Unit has 28 individually, tastefully decorated bedrooms. Jasmine Unit has three large spacious lounges, with dedicated activities areas.
There is a beautiful south facing ‘Sun Room’ with views of the landscaped garden with many mature trees and shrubs for relatives and friends to meet their loved ones or to enjoy some fresh air and the great outdoors but never being far away from the hub of the home.
Jasmine Unit houses a separate dining room, for residents to enjoy the fine dining experience. The large oak sweeping staircase, intricately detailed coving and ceiling roses are just a few of the many period features this beautiful large, spacious building with timeless décor boasts.
