P.s We Care provides personal care in the Staffordshire area, at P.s We Care our aim is deliver the best quality of care. There are many care agencies out there that offer the same service, P.s We care are different and this is why:
In 2006 I walked into the world of caring for vulnerable adults in my 13 years of caring experience and worked hard to achieve my level 3 Health and social care and when going into management side of care it was clear for me to see that it was the office side of care that lacked in strong areas. I did feel lucky in my management role as I was starting a new area by myself. I worked hard and found good working staff that loved to care and had wonderful service user to care for. In my history of being a carer I felt I wasn’t valued or appreciated in the hard work I did and the extra shifts that I did. Being a carer took over my life and I felt that no one noticed my hard work. My promise to myself was to ensure when I succeed to management level I will ensure the carers are valued and appreciated. The hardest part as a carer is not being listened to by management. I learnt as a manager that respecting your staff and ensuring them that you are there to supported gives you a great team ethic.
P.S We Care focus on person centred care, I will be ensuring that all of our service users care plan is personalised individually.
Having care for the first time can be daunting, we will ensure you and make you feel as comfortable as possible, P.S We Care will arrange for a greet and meet before your care starts.
P.S We Care truly care about the service user they are supporting to stay independent in their own homes. Each service user is treated with dignity and respect and their needs are individually catered for, diversity and equality is at the heart of what we do.
Our philosophy is that all older people and vulnerable adults should have the choice to stay in their own homes. We believe that with the right help and support this is possible, so we provide a service that is reliable, sincere, dignifying, and trustworthy.
P.S We Care will be delivering excellent levels of care, through our own highly trained and qualified staff, Providing flexible services in ways that support people to be as independent as possible within their own home. All the services we deliver, we ensure to keep the individual at the heart of the support delivered.
